Hydro CBD has been around for awhile tho bro.. But tbh if you pay attention to the coa an shit the outdoor strains are always the most potent but greenhouse indoor and hydro indoor all will usually look much much better but outdoor usually tests higher for example never winter botanical has abracadabra that's like 16℅ CBD an 4.6℅ cbc but eight horse hemp has a outdoor version that is 21℅ CBD and 3.8℅ cbc but both are seed from high alpine genetics.. It may not always be like that for every strain but usually outdoor has more cannabinoids
