On Feb 7, 2021 the VA moved Plantar Fasciitis out from Flatfoot code (5276). P/F max rating is now 40% if you lose use of your foot. Most get 30% or lower. If you can keep your foot conditions under Flatfoot it goes to 50%. This is more likely to help you get to 100% schedular.
Im at 80%, the Va recommended, to check the podiatrist, and i was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendonitis and congintial pes planus, in both feet. Ive been waiting on my claim for two months now
Not a foot question – when filing a Supplemental Claim – Would it be a good idea in my Sworn Declaration letter to put the following.
38 C.F.R. § 4.7 states "Where there is a question as to which of two evaluations shall be applied, the higher evaluation will be assigned if the disability picture more nearly approximates the criteria required for that rating. Otherwise, the lower rating will be assigned." Benefit of the doubt should be given to the veteran and rated as severe which is 100%
§4.3 Resolution of reasonable doubt. It is the defined and consistently applied policy of the Department of Veterans Affairs to administer the law under a broad interpretation, consistent, however, with the facts shown in every case. When after careful consideration of all procurable and assembled data, a reasonable doubt arises regarding the degree of disability such doubt will be resolved in favor of the claimant. See §3.102 of this chapter.[40 F R 42535, Sept. 15, 1975]
§ 3.102 Reasonable doubt. It is the defined and consistently applied policy of the Department of Veterans Affairs to administer the law under a broad interpretation, consistent, however, with the facts shown in every case. When, after careful consideration of all procurable and assembled data, a reasonable doubt arises regarding service origin, the degree of disability, or any other point, such doubt will be resolved in favor of the claimant. By reasonable doubt is meant one which exists because of an approximate balance of positive and negative evidence which does not satisfactorily prove or disprove the claim. It is a substantial doubt and one within the range of probability as distinguished from pure speculation or remote possibility. It is not a means of reconciling actual conflict or a contradiction in the evidence. Mere suspicion or doubt as to the truth of any statements submitted, as distinguished from impeachment or contradiction by evidence or known facts, is not justifiable basis for denying the application of the reasonable doubt doctrine if the entire, complete record otherwise warrants invoking this doctrine. The reasonable doubt doctrine is also applicable even in the absence of official records, particularly if the basic incident allegedly arose under combat, or similarly strenuous conditions, and is consistent with the probable results of such known hardships.
I have PTSD and antisocial and I have been dealing with this since 2005. My discharge was other than honorable cause I was having problems so they didn't help me instead they wrongfully discharged me
I have fungus in all of my toenails from wearing boots, but I never went to sick call for medical treatment. Is there a way I can link it to military service?
Talked to VES representative and requested a appointment in March. My Vietnam agent orange claim for Mellitus type two diabetes also includes lower extremity diabetic neuropathy ( my toes are numb, and have gabepentin prescription for the nerve pain) with heart disease, hypertension and tinnitus
I have high arches and struggled all throughout my time on Active duty. I was diagnosed with acquired Pes Cavus and Plantar Fasciitis on AD. Every time I have went in for a Va disability claim, I get denied for whatever reason. Not really sure how to get compensated for it and have tried multiple approaches, very frustrated.
Hey CC sorry I missed your live feed, but I've been watching your channel and just subscribed. I'm a military vet still serving and have a 90% rating. I thought I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis back in the day, but when I looked at my paperwork they gave me 30% for and I quote "bilateral pes plantus w/mild achilles enthesopathy and mild osteoarthritic degeneration of the first MTP joint". I guess my question is. Is this plantar fasciitis in medical terms? If not, is this something I need to pursue for higher rating?
a little known secret fuck game from the VA, I have a BVA appeal and its waiting for a Judge to pick it up, Called a few times the last 6 month to see, its all ready to be going to a Judge, called last week, and a all of a sudden they say , I opted into Video conference hearing with the Judge, which I did not ever opt into, takes 7 years, or longer.. another trick from the good old VA … so stay on top of your case and call in at times…
Marine Corps Veteran Phil here can you recommend someone to help me to get to 100% I’m at 70% don’t want to pay 5-6% of my claim DAV said I couldn’t file because it’s been to many years
I had flatfoot (30%) and appealed. Here was my strategy. I went to a local podiatrist and got a complete exam (2hrs), cost $300. I filed a supplemental VA claim. I then went on the internet to decipher the med terms into layman terms. Later I created a list of talking points in my words that were designed to target the DBQ items I missed on the first exam for 50%. I felt confident presenting my info to the examiner.
Hope people can join all the Discussion on discord. I’m learning a lot from everyone. There all fellow veterans from all branches, ages, gender on there. While other groups have done some great things; this group is a real time discussion via chat room and voice. I’m pretty amazed by that features it has. Hope to see many there sometime and if you’re on ——say hello!
Thanks for the video liking the content and I will have to check this discord thing out. Also try out the corona seltzer’s they are pretty good I never thought I would ever say those words but whatever it beats feeling totally bloated from a few IPA
I have plantar fasciitis on both feet. I had received shoe inserts that were custom made, and my feet feel the same. I’ve been diagnosed with me but lateral radiculopathy due to my diagnosed (and documented) back injuries. What’s next?

I was born with flat feet but my time in the Air Force caused pain in my feet
I don't know why VA denied veterans for everything's and you served your country. VA denied for flat foots and foot fungus infections
I have PTSD and antisocial and I have been dealing with this since 2005. My discharge was other than honorable cause I was having problems so they didn't help me instead they wrongfully discharged me
Where do I find research that shows my feet problems caused my knee and lower back pain so I can secondary them to my feet?

Just recently a VA doctor told me there's no such thing as chronic fatigue syndrome
Hey combat Craig man I love the work that you do and the great advice you are 100% and you always give 100%
Combat Craig do you know anyone can help me with my claims since DAV won’t email me at philipcooney69@gmail.com
Marine Corps Veteran Phil here can you recommend someone to help me to get to 100% I’m at 70% don’t want to pay 5-6% of my claim DAV said I couldn’t file because it’s been to many years
Listening to CC is like listening to Evil Knievel talk about how many bones he broke in his body jumping cars!

Myrtle Beach clinic and Regional in Charleston SC are really good. Clinic in Winston Salem and hospital in Salisbury NC suck
Hey CC what's up.. working on bilateral knees secondary to plant foot. Do I file each knee separately or bi-lateral when choosing condition
How is the skateboard treating you?
Looking for advice: had a C&P exam yesterday and the doctor didn’t have any of the medical documents I submitted to the VA. What should I do next???
50% rating for plantar fasciitis is pretty easy to get.
Hope people can join all the

The VA website says that va form 21-0960m-6 has been retired or is no longer valid, and has been removed from the VA forms database.
