1. Daily my smoothie has tons of greens, 1 heaping tbsp hemp, turmeric, bl pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, wild blubs, 10 cranberries, smallish banana and splash of almond milk. It's my absolute joy. I'll add more hemp. My new vitamix is the bomb…smoothie like silk. Thank you so much for this wonderful vid.

  2. Isn't it a bit higher on the Omega 6's though? I eat hemp certainly every other day but I would not eat 3 tbsps. I eat 1tbsp chia and flax daily and hemp every other day because of the omega 6 content.

  3. I tried unshelled ones because whole foods( ? ), thats like chewing and swallowng shards of glasses with a taste of dirt, fail…i'll try the shelled ones next time.

  4. Great video very informative. Hemp seeds come from a cannabis plant, the strain is called sativa. This is the plant that contains CBD the we use for our endocannabinoid systems in our body’s, there are what’s called cb1 receptors and cb2 receptors in the brain and all vital organs, this is where the CBD is mostly used. Hemp seeds also contain all known amino acids, essential amino acids and non essential amino acids. There is also omega3 and omega6 fatty acids in hemp seeds and some have even said that there could be omega9 fatty acid also. Hemp seeds also contain iron, calcium, folate, manganese, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin b6, riboflavin, thiamine and vitamin E. So hemp seeds are good for heart health, skin, eyes, digestion, hormone regulation and have healthy amounts of fibre for gut health. So having these powerful seeds everyday is a really choice. Hope this helps people know more about hemp (cannabis sativa) seeds. Peace, love and truth.
