1. I'm vegeterian; I don't eat mammals so no lamb, pork, or beef; eggs, poultry, dairy and fish are ok. I definitely experience better mental and lifting performance when I supplement with creatine.

  2. Creatine and protein are the only worth it, maybee some vitamin just for health, but for building muscle naturally, just these two. Anything else will make no difference at all. No one has put extra muscle for taking bcaa, glutamine, carnitine or any other bs.
