1. Get SUNSHINE in the morning by going outside 2. EXERCISE in the morning even for at least 5 mintues 3. Make sleep a PRIORITY in this busy world 4. Eat 3 hours before sleep. 5. Stress is the enemy, Try to DESTRESS. By meditation for example. 6. LED Therapy 7. CANNABIES
Indeed! I notice that when quarantine hit, I would take my laptop with me to my neigbborhood park and I did end up having great days those days. And yes, I like the morning workouts although the evening workouts help with sleep, too! Great video!

Best tip: somehow escape the power grids that are literally everywhere you turn.
