I made with only one pepper and it was a bit too soft & mushy with these times. (15/10) so tonight I try again with shorter times. Ill let ya know. I made again with cooking times10/0 and still too mushy for me. But this recipe is so good, I'm happily eating my "failures". Next time I'll try 5/0
I just made your recipe and am awaiting the 10 minute release now! The meat I used is a beef and pork mix. I like the way the rice came out at 3 minutes at high pressure!

You don't need to cook the rice separately ! Add rice , spices to the meat , stuff peppers cook them for 12 to 15 minutes 🤗
