  1. Nice video. I like your method, easy to remember. I just made some hard boiled eggs as they were ending their shelf life, I bowl tested the eggs, a few stood up but none floated. I made a brine of 1/2 cup sugar and the rest apple cider vinegar and an onion, heated the brine up for 5 minutes then I put all that mixture in a big pickle jar, so now I have pickled eggs. If I would have had a can of red beats on hand, would of made the mix even better. Thanks for your clear and precise video…
