  1. You do what you need to do to get rid of the back issues. With wt loss, knees may feel more bearable until you can get replacements….do what you need to do to get rid of the pain. No one else is living with that but you! Cheering you on. You can always go back to your favorite WW plan later.

  2. I agree with you. You do you and I’m wicked proud of you you work so hard at your weight loss program and this channel. Not everyone can eat the same. And I’m tired if people commenting on my food choices but it works for me health wise yes I lose slowly but that’s ok I lose something every week. It takes people years to find there way of eating. I tried giving up coffee nope can’t do it nope don’t ever want to try it again lol. With my back issues I feel your pain I wish you luck and I’ll route you on girl!!

  3. I wish you all the best Kim. I had the surgery for spinal stenosis and I found out that it moves up your spine which was disheartening. I have had the injections which work for a while. I have gone four years without an injection. I've done really well with yoga, walking and keeping my weight stable. There is nothing wrong with weighing everyday. I think it is a great tool along the journey. You are going to be successful because you are not giving up and I admire you for that. Keep the positive vibes coming!

  4. Hey Kim! So glad to hear you talk about this subject. I was on WW for about 7 months and lost 17 pounds in the first 2 months but gained it all back and struggled to restart again and again. I did some research myself on this and have switched to Keto. I’m losing consistently now and feel SO much better! I never realized what sugar does to the body until I started limiting it. I was a sugar junkie! I know you said you thought Keto was hard but honestly it is not and here’s why it works for me. I can substitute ANYTHING! For instance, I love chocolate cake and bread, and we’ll let’s be honest CARBS!!! But anytime I catch myself wanting something like that I look up a Keto recipe for it and switch to that. It may not be the yummiest but it’s good and definitely gets the job done! I’ve never been a huge potato lover but there are keto French fries for Pete’s sake! Lol. And they are awesome! Anyway I’m sorry this is so long but I wanted to reach out and let you know that you CAN do this! Good luck and I’m praying for you to get your surgery very soon ❤️
Im going to send you some channels I watch for inspiration. Check them out because they have helped me get started and understand the process.
