  1. Agitated delirium "mad as a hatter". I always assumed "mad as a hatter" as psychosis or psychotic symptoms.
    Edit: Totally don't do this but if you need to go somewhere and you don't want to have to piss in a very long time, Diphenhydramine is a great substitute if you get extrapyramidal symptoms from it. Don't do that. Because it is dangerous. Don't.

    Why do you think is the use of physotigmine for anticholinergic tox. so frowned upon in classic teaching and perhaps even in practice if it is as useful/safe/handy/effective as stated here? Keep up the fabulous workπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
