  1. As a cultivator who has worked in both medical and recreational markets in multiple states Ive witnessed first hand the more money then brains scenario. Even when there paying me a few hundred an hour to help them improve there quality and yield they just don't always listen they can't understand that basement or small scale is not the same as an acre or more of canopy. Most farms that I've worked with didnt even have dedicated nursery rooms and propagation methods. One fool was spending almost a million dollars a year on custom soil blends.
