  1. Just a few things that helped me a lot with insomnia and might be helpfull to someone else:

    Increased Magnesium intake (cooked spinach is the best for me)
    regularity and day time sun exposure
    Win Hof method and meditation (BIG, really suggest to check on how to do the win hof method and try for a while, extremely effective to clear the mind, reduce inflamation and pain, so you get better sleep. I suggest to do it in the morning and before going to sleep)
    contrast shower (hot 10-20 seconds, cold 10-20 repeat 3 o 4 times) great for other stuffs also.
    fix some digestive problems that i had (the best was to do 24-48-72 hours fasting and break the fast with a pro-biotic food like kimchi. got way more energy during the day, so got to do more things and get more exhausted by night. Also almost got ride of all cronic problem stuffs like inflamation, asma, dandruff and that sort of things)

    I'm gonna try this and KSM-66,

    I take medicine against ADD and I am awake a certain amount of hours because of this.
    And if I don't sleep my whole day gets fucked up, and right now I'm in uni. And I must be able to sleep or I will never make it

  3. Can’t sleep ?
    Here’s what works for me!

    1 hour before bed….

    1 Hemp Bomb gummy enhanced with melatonin.
    18 drops of Plus CBD oil under my tongue.
    25-30 drops of Valerian Poppy tincture ( by Gaia Herbs ) into an 6oz cup of Chamomile tea, add honey….
    500mg of vitamin C (chewable)

    I used to sleep 4-6 hours a night, wake up 4 to 5 times restlessly…I drink a lot of water before bed as I dehydrate easy…

    Since CBD combo I listed above….I wake up once a night (bathroom break)…I sleep an average of 7-8 hours and I dream a lot (rem sleep) which is exactly what you want, if you can remember if you dreamt the previous night…It’s an excellent indicator that your body is getting the Deep Sleep it needs… It has been a lifesaver for me!

  4. DUDE, THE MORE SUPPLEMENTS YOU TAKE THE LESS YOU WILL SLEEP. EXERCISE A LOT. U WILL BE TIRED. YOU WILL SLEEP. POOR PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD SLEEP WELL BCOS THEY WORK SO HARD THAT THEY TIRE OUT AND SLEEP. RICH ARE LAZY SO WE SLEEP LESS & BUY SUPPLEMENTS, SCREWING UP OUR BODY ECOSYSTEM – END RESULT!!!!!! GUESS WHAAAAT??? ZERO SLEEP!!!!

If your nervous system is out of shape where you have tons of livid and bad dream frequent urination st night and a rough time getting back to sleep after 3 am then you might need some minerals as well. I had that not long ago and 600 mg of magnesium helped a lot then I read and tried cbd with no thc. Just 10 mg on a gummy and it cut my dreams big time as well as urination pattern. Same during the day. Back to normal. No need to go to the bathroom too often. I have to also say that I cut down on caffeine a fair bit as well since and fairly easily.

  6. WHEN YOU'RE INDOORS..WEAR BLUE LIGHT BLOCKING GLASSES…1 TO 2 HRS BEFORE SLEEP, PUT ON THE RED LIGHT LENSES…TRUEDARK TWILIGHT IS A GREAT BRAND I USE ….SO IT HELPS SO MUCH, I SLEEP MUCH BETTER NOW, I WAS AN INSOMNIAC FOR 10 YRS

  7. Lost my sleep cycle 13 years ago tried every sleep aid, found Percocet about 2-3 mgs put me out like a light, but my doctor quit giving me the prescription 7 yrs in, due to the war on opiates. Anyway he recommended Medical marijuana, so I Contacted AC Clinics who help guide you in using MM, what I found is they recommend Hi CBD with low THC, but for me I need basically 2 to1 ratio 2 THC to 1 CBD and that worked better, but I seem to need more than most people to get to sleep, but the THC really helps the CBD to work. You might try that.
