1. This video has good information, but I'm not sure about the best diet plan which i need to work with, only because I have never taken any. Anybody tried using the Custokebon Secrets? I have noticed some folks talk about extraordinary things about Custokebon Secrets.

I'm obese (88 kilos and 163 cm), all my life I was from 60-65 kilos, the last 3 years I live in constant stress for multiple reasons, I gained a lot due to unhealthy diet for a year (so around 15-20 kilos the first year), and since then I cannot manage to lose weight, instead I can really easily gain…I have noticed that indeed CBD oil helps me to sleep better and be more relaxed, my diet is really healthy and I sport, but I'm still struggling to lose…I'm thinking of starting to use it more often in order to help me to manage my stress levels…I also have gastroesophageal reflux disease which makes me to be more stressed all the time, because I always feel worried about the symptoms…

  3. And what do you do when you're in early menopause( started at 39 and I'm not 45) . My body makes no estrogen on its own, very low testosterone and progesterone. I've been on bioidentical hormones for 5 years, stopped for a year because hubby took a year off due to some of the other side effects of menopause for me( depression and major anxiety) and plan on getting on them again. Since then the anxiety has gone through the roof and my middle decided to gain 12 lbs in 2 months. I eat extremely clean and haven't changed that but just started CBD oil last week to help with the anxiety and the sleep, as I'm up 4-5 times a night with hot flashes. If you have answer to any of this my ears are open.
