  1. I just wanted to add another tip that helped me quit weed that I forgot to mention in the video:

    If you are going from ingesting several hundred milligrams of THC per day down to zero, then that can be extremely difficult. I also used THC microdoses for the first week that I quit: I bought 2mg THC mints and I would have one in the morning, one in the afternoon & one in the evening. It just helps to make things even more manageable. Good luck quitting! Thank you for sharing your experience <3 honestly it helped me… I’m from Brazil and I’ve started smoking when I was 11 and now I’m 17 I’m going to physics college and unfortunately being high makes math make no sense to me… also I have severe anxiety, I bite my nails everyday until they bleed and marijuana didn’t even helped me anymore, I just want to smoke all the time, all day, and I don’t even get high anymore… it’s hard to change habits, it feels like anything makes me more happy than smoking a good flower and it’s sad 🙁 I totally regret starting smoking at such a young age, it’s obviously addicting when we’re so young… But let’s do thisss 🙂 thank you

  3. Replacement therapy can work, trading one drug for another, or running a marathon, however their are other ways like learning to be comfortable doing nothing at all, absolutely nothing. Over time you become conscious of every decision and recognize patterns and routines in everything you do. You get to decide if you want this coffee at this time or is it a sub conscious pattern or am I just bored. Relationships can also change as unwillingly you have not be growing and developing emotionally and your boundaries have become weak. Handle these matters with care as the dynamics will and should change and you know how we all are with change. Its ok because as you strengthen your resolve to become more of your potential, things, places and people will fall away like autumn leaves. I wish everyone the strength of there own conviction and know that life is good sober, really good 🙂 Lastly try to to remember how darn happy and enthusiastic you were as kid and know you were born with this gift. Stay clean as it unwraps itself. Best everyone.

  4. saw your post on reddit, this is a great video, congrats on making such a big change in life. I was in a very similar situation to you, like a dog on a leash for many years with mary jane. The beginning is hard…emotions will come flooding back, one thing i remind myself even years later when cravings come is that boredom is good, boredom causes creativity, marijuana robbed many of us of that natural desire to go do something. the high causes a rush of creativity, yet i would rarely act on it.
